Day one at the beach.
It was a little chilly.
Charles and Grandpa. Charles much preferred the sand to the ocean.
He wouldn't let me move the towel not even for a quick picture. Maybe it was more than a little chilly.

But Daddy and Aunt Mam (Sam) were there.

This he tolerated, but didn't like that much. He looks so big in there.We had a good time and a special thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for the camp site and the good eats.

I haven't taken Sam to the beach yet. What a bad Mom I am. Our beaches are cold though! I guess I'll just need to go back to Hawaii. Darn :) Good job filling up the bucket Charles.
Looks like it was another fun year at the beach for your family. And Charles looked like he loved it! Hope you guys are enjoying your summer!
